Handkerchiefs are posted in a padded envelope and with a tracked service.
Should you have a problem with your order please let us know and we will do our best to help.
An error can occur from time to time with a wrong spelling, and your item will be replaced as soon as possible.
Unfortunately made to order and personalised items are non refundable.

Here are a selection of fonts to choose from, however we do have a few more should you not find what you are looking for.
Generally the size of text is 12mm on handkerchiefs.
On some font types with a flourish certain characters do appear larger.
