Ordering from our online fabric shop our posting time is usually the next day. Visiting us in person for fabrics please see our opening hours.

Orders are posted in a padded envelope and posted with Royal Mail using a tracked service. Customs duty may apply to countries outside the UK.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required when you book your workshop or sewing group place.
Deposits for parties are 30% of the total cost and full payment received 6 weeks before the event.
If you cancel your workshop I can offer a full refund six weeks before the class commences.
A refund of 50% can be given three weeks before the workshop date or I can move your place to the next available date.
We are unable to offer any refund within the last two weeks leading up to course date.
Sewing group places can be moved forward to the following week provided I have 5 days notice. This can only be carried forward once then your sewing place will need to be re booked. No refunds will be given If you cancel on the day.
Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances then your booking fee will be refunded.
